We are seeking an enthusiastic Escalations Engineer who’s ready to join a talented, hard-working and ambitious operations team to build and support the next generation restaurant commerce engine and cloud based POS.
What you’ll do here: ● Diagnose and Document cloud and distributed client services and act as escalation support for customer support team.
Experience we’re looking for: ● Cloud microservice communication topologies and protocols.
● Service monitoring with CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Sentry.
● Windows 10 UWP app deployment and OS servicing model.
● Linux command line fluency for support and debugging.
● REST Based Web Services (managing both services and clients of services)
● Database driven applications in .NET.
● Familiarity with C#, Javascript, Python and whitebox debugging.
● Testing of APIs using Postman, JMeter, Karate.
● Git branching strategies.
● Source code fault and failure analysis (desired)
● Software forensics for bugs and performance (desired)
● Mongo/NoSQL Database and javascript/mongo shell script writing (desired)
