Your mission as a Data Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team and drive the development of advanced algorithms and models to enhance our programmatic platform's performance and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and programmatic advertising, along with proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to enhance our programmatic platform.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the impact of new algorithms and features on platform performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the efficient implementation of data pipelines and the scalability of data science solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and programmatic advertising, and incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into our platform.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
