ChampionX has an immediate need for a Senior Finance Analyst – Latin America FP&A in our Chemical Technologies group located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Senior Financial & Planning Analyst supports the organization for the overall Chemical Technologies division. This position has financial oversight for the division, including forecasting, reporting, commercial customer support for a country business. The ideal candidate will be someone that is hands-on, takes initiative, and is creative. The position is responsible for the supervision of the division financial analysis staff, reporting to the Finance Director, Latin America for Chemical Technologies.

What You Will Do:
·Coordinate and overview the annual planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly forecasting processes
·Coordinate and prepare the Monthly Business Review presentation with CT leadership team, as well as, the Quarterly Business Review presentations with ChampionX executive team.
·Perform monthly deep dive analysis of divisional Gross Margins & Operating Expenses and develop recommendations to deliver financial objectives
·Prepare and participate in month-end close calls with Corporate Finance & Accounting
·Complete ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership and business partners
·Coordinate with divisional finance teams to provide sector financial support, including summarization and analysis of monthly results and forecasts and preparation of quarterly executive sector presentations
·Support month-end close and accounting activities, along with other reporting/analysis activities for Production Chemical Technologies and Reservoir Chemical Technologies
·Provides advice and direction to less experienced financial analysts.
·Responsible for coordinating and documenting financial analysis projects.
·Assist the FP&A Director with team supervision and coaching
·Support corporate initiatives and provide key finance project support for Chemical Technologies
·Complete bid process for Customers as well as monthly business analysis
·Manage pricing and costs reports.
·Prepare all the information required for customer audits
·Participate in ad hoc meetings with customers
Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
·7 years experience in finance and accounting
·3 years related work experience in financial planning and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
·MBA and/or CPA
·Systems Experience: HFM, Power BI+, SAP
·Strong Excel/Powerpoint skills
·Experience in Oil & Gas Industry
·Self-motivated with the ability to consistently deliver results under time constraints
