The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, based in Colombia, you will integrate extensive solution information, consultative skills, and industry knowledge to propose solutions to the customers and provide sales support to Latin America organizations in Supply Chain solutions, and responsible for:
Performing customer demonstrations for the Supply Chain products and contribute in consulting engagements to facilitate sales including workshops, value assessments, and seminars.
Identifying customer-facing situations, problems and business issues utilizing consultative skills.
Facilitating the understanding of the supply chain solutions: technical functionality, value creation, and business process improvement.
Working with Sales Account Managers as business partners in strategic and tactical planning activities.
Supporting the development of commercial proposals to customers across Latin America.
The Requirements
B.S. in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of practical experience in Refining or Chemical industry or Consulting.
2 + years of experience in Supply Chain areas (consulting or supply chain operations).
Knowledge of manufacturing business processes in the refining and/or chemical industry and associated enabling technologies
Minimum of 1 year of experience using supply chain software ( PIMS a plus)
Advanced level of English is mandatory.
Extensive travel required with 50-80% in Latin America.
