The Service Now Process Automation team collaborates with clients to solve complex business challenges utilizing ServiceNow as a technology platform. We focus on business problems related to cybersecurity, risk & compliance, human resources, enterprise architecture and configuration management along with being technical experts in all areas of the ServiceNow platform.

Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Good level at English Knowledge of data basis
Understanding of JavaScript and Web Services
Interesting in industry standard ITSM tools (i.e., ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA, IBM, or others)
Understanding of infrastructure concepts
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written skills)
