Business Enterprise Anaylist LATAM (SAP FI)

Buscamos un graduado de las Carreras de Administración, Sistemas, o carreras afines, que resida en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires o la zona, para incorporarse al equipo de IT LATAM.

El propósito de este rol es representar a IT en las Unidades de Negocio de finanzas, recursos humanos y legales. Trabajará con partes interesadas clave del negocio para recopilar, analizar, comunicar y validar los requisitos para los cambios y la implementación de nuevos procesos comerciales, prácticas y sistemas de información en todos los niveles de complejidad.

La función principal de este rol consiste es ser el principal referente en finanzas en la región para los en lo relativo a los procesos RTR (Record to Report), PTP (Procure to Pay) y HTR (Hire to Retire). Ser el punto de contacto regional con el equipo global para proyectos y soporte para acompañar el desarrollo de una cultura de toma de decisión basada en datos.

Alcance general del rol

El titular de este cargo reporta directamente al Director Regional de tecnología de LATAM.

El titular de este cargo tiene un vínculo claro con los lideres finanzas, recursos humanos y legales de la región. Participa en sus objetivos y estrategias empresariales. Buscan soluciones para resolver problemas relacionados con el Servicio de TI o para determinar el mejor enfoque para gestionar situaciones de programas/proyectos cuando sea necesario. Deben poder responder a solicitudes del equipo de liderazgo para proponer nuevas prácticas/capacidades disponibles en el mercado para mejorar el rendimiento de ese negocio en particular o de todo el departamento.

PMO (Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos) - Trabaja con la PMO Global en la alineación de la hoja de ruta del negocio o negocios para que todas las iniciativas formen parte de un plan integral.

Gerente de Proyecto - Este cargo requeriría cierta interacción con un gerente de proyecto. Realizan tareas según lo delineado por el gerente de proyecto/equipo de proyecto durante la fase de planificación del proyecto. Reciben dirección del proyecto y trabajan con el gerente de proyecto para resolver problemas dentro del proyecto.

Global technology - Se alinea con el Equipo de Soluciones Globales de Negocios para la implementación de capacidades en el mercado o mercados bajo su responsabilidad. Propone nuevas mejoras para la plantilla global.

Usuarios/Clientes del Negocio - Interactúa con los empleados de McCain que utilizan el sistema (comprendiendo las necesidades del negocio, haciendo recomendaciones para opciones, gestión de productos y presentación de productos a los usuarios). Apoyan los cambios en los procesos empresariales y la estructura organizativa mediante la implementación de sistemas de TI.

Proveedores - Proporciona conocimientos sobre productos, soporte, análisis de proveedores y selección de proveedores.

Responsabilidades:

- Relevamiento y análisis de nuevos requerimientos.

- Diseños funcionales de requerimientos o ajustes para la continuidad del negocio, desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades y mejoras de negocio.

- Soporte y capacitación a usuarios.

- Colaboración con la normalización y limpieza de datos.

- Soporte a las implementaciones realizadas.

- Project Management de requerimientos y desarrollos.

- Generación de documentación técnica y de usuarios relacionada a requerimientos y proyectos

Requerimientos y experiencia:

- Graduado universitario o estudiante avanzado de Administración/Sistemas o carreras afines.

- Al menos 10 años de experiencia como Consultor SAP FI.

- Dominio del Módulo SAP-FI (Excluyente).

- Dominio del Módulo SAP-CO (No excluyente).

- Inglés: nivel avanzado oral y escrito (Excluyente).

- Conocimiento funcional de retail y de administración (No excluyente).

- Conocimiento de metodologías agiles (No excluyente).
