We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team.Roles and Responsibilities: Maintaining administrative governance over the marketing technology applications, includingidentifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and user issues. Developing and documenting procedure and processes as needed to establish consistent use ofthe marketing technologies applications. Work with web, marketing, UX, and business teams to implement, maintain, and update themarketing technology applications. Recommend future improvements to the marketing technology applications including features,workflow, integrations, and user experience. Create and maintain reporting and monitoring for application usage, performance, and up time.Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in application support, preferably in marketing technologyapplications. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in developing and documenting procedures and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with marketing technology applications and their integrations.
