Job Description: DevOps Admin / Application Admin with preferred experience in Windows administration, MSFT IIS / .NET Application administration, DevOps/CICD (Azure DevOps), Azure pipeline (YAML) setup, and HashiCorp Vault Configuration.
Responsibilities include:
- Address and action break/fix tickets via ServiceNow queue
- Participate as application/DevOps lead for new application projects
- Participate in daily Collaboration Chat Channel to keep in sync with the virtual office team
- Application Support - attend scheduled 'pre-release' version meetings
- Ensure assigned deployment docs and network diagrams are current
- Create positive and productive working relationships with customer teams and project managers
- Work with Dev Teams, DBAs, and other infrastructure teams to create 'post-deploy smoke tests' for new components/versions
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on various applications
- Participate in the “Application Release Review Highlights” - Territory Presentations
