What you will do
- Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security;
- Implement new features and enhancements to support employee and candidate lifecycle processes;
- Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to ensure seamless data flow across systems;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience with Python/Django , Typescript /React and Java /Spring Boot;
- Good JIRA practices and strong documentation experience;
- Good verbal and writing English skills to effectively communicate with the internal team;
- Strong testing and bug resolution abilities;
- Independent thinker and self-starter.
