About The Job
We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to drive our global executive hiring strategy and help us attract top leadership talent.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a senior recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional sourcing skills, and experience building relationships with C-level and senior leaders in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
You’ll work directly with executives and hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, map markets, and lead complex searches end-to-end, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong alignment with our company values and growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on all matters related to talent strategy and executive hiring.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from search design to offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support executive hiring strategy.
- Manage candidate relationships with confidentiality, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the business landscapes.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years focused on executive search or senior-level hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for financial institutions, asset management, and venture capital is a must.
- Deep understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- Strong business judgment, discretion, and a strategic mindset.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
- Knowledge of AI, software engineering, or product leadership talent markets.
- Experience recruiting in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
