About this open position.

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

This role is based in Argentina and requires advanced English and Portuguese .

The Recruiting Coordinator will ensure a seamless recruitment journey for candidates by collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

You will optimize workflows and deliver an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite, presentations) across multiple time zones.

  • Manage recruitment logistics, including travel, expense reimbursements, and offer letters.

  • Ensure timely background checks in line with global standards.

  • Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to streamline recruitment.

  • Handle multiple tasks professionally and with attention to detail.

  • Use recruitment tools like Workday, Goodtime, Quip, Slack, and Google Suite.

  • Contribute to team projects locally and globally.

  • Analyze data to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and conversational Portuguese.

  • Based in Argentina with the ability to work across PST time zones.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
