Overview

Client Experience Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Client Experience Project Manager to lead high-visibility initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and marketing performance.

This role requires a professional who combines project management expertise with a strong background in PPC/digital marketing and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing projects with a focus on delivering measurable marketing outcomes (PPC, paid media, performance campaigns).

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.

  • Translate client needs into structured project plans, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Oversee execution of digital marketing initiatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.

  • Monitor campaign and project performance, ensuring optimizations are implemented quickly.

  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively provide solutions to improve their experience.

  • Deliver clear, data-driven project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.

  • Foster long-term client trust by ensuring projects are aligned with business goals and customer success.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in project management, account management, or client success roles.

  • Proven experience in PPC and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and how they tie to business goals.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello).

  • Strong English fluency, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience working in SaaS, MarTech, or digital agencies is highly preferred.
