As our Paid Media Manager, you will be the strategic and operational owner of our performance marketing efforts, leading paid channels to drive customer acquisition and efficiency.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization and innovation of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok ads, and more), working closely with analysts and cross-functional teams to reach ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute paid media strategies across all key platforms (Google, Meta, Tiktok, etc.) for multiple markets.
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid campaigns.
- Manage the Paid Media Analyst team, guiding them toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Continuously run A/B tests to unlock new growth levers and improve performance.
- Partner with stakeholders like Growth Analysts, Product, Brand, and Country Managers to align on campaign strategies, creative briefs, and performance reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and paid media best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of media buying mechanics, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, attribution, and CAC/LTV frameworks.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams or mentoring junior profiles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fast-growing startups or digital-native brands.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, product feeds (e.g. Google Shopping), and performance dashboards.
- Experience working with tools such as GA4, Feedonomics, or similar platforms is a plus.
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in paid media/digital marketing focused on performance.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams or managing direct reports in a performance marketing context.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
