We help the world run better Your Future Role The role of the Consumption CoE Senior Specialist includes the following activities:Execute quality checks for consumption billable bits.
Continuously search for automation, simplification, and standardization opportunities.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of Consumption billing documents and balance statements.
Identify issues and trigger solutions working alongside Consumption Support Operations.
Assist with testing activities.
Drive root cause analysis to further enhance and stabilize billing system.
Participate in continuous improvement discussions regarding the process, its risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate in SOX related activities.
Collaborate with Controlling and Revenue Recognition.
Alignment and collaboration with O2I CoEs and CPIT.
3rd level of support for complex, high profile cases.
Drive projects and initiatives holistically, being able to follow up diligently with all relevant parties.
Engage in conversations about complex topics with upper management.
Your Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred, not mandatory) Experience: min 2 years of experience in Finance position or equivalent work experience (Preferred, not mandatory) Technical Skills: Good level of understanding of SaaS software products and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and/or financial issues efficiently.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
Tools: Familiarity with support management tools and software, such as CRM, billing systems and ticketing tools (ideally SAP tools and applications) Communication Skills: Excellent and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate complex technical and financial information clearly.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and high-profile stakeholders.
Collaboration: Enjoy working in an agile, fast-changing environment and with globally distributed cross-functional teams.
Must-have: Team player with positive attitude and open to feedback, and high level of stress resilience.
