You are a proactive, reliable professional looking for a long-term role where your skills are valued and you can contribute to a growing company.You have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on, full-cycle bookkeeping experience, managing the books for multiple clients or complex business units.You are a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, or have equivalent deep expertise and are willing to certify immediately.You are tech-savvy and thrive in a modern software stack.
You're comfortable with tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace and can master new accounting software with ease.Your written and spoken English is strong and professional (C1)You are exceptionally process-oriented and have a fanatical attention to detail.
You don't just follow checklists; you help improve them.What You'll Do:As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be the engine of your pod, responsible for the day-to-day financial management of a portfolio of U.S. clients.Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including accurately categorizing all bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online.Month-End Close: Execute the complete month-end close process, including performing all bank and credit card reconciliations, posting journal entries, and ensuring the accuracy of all balance sheet accounts.Financial Reporting: Prepare standard monthly financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, etc.) for review by the Account Manager.Process Excellence: Meticulously follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using our project management tool, Asana.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with your Account Manager and pod members, communicating via Slack to ask questions, provide updates, and solve problems as a team.
(This role does not involve direct communication with the end client).
