Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Python and Golang
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate systems
- Optimize backend performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues
- Lead code reviews and maintain high code quality
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Python and Golang development (5+ years)
- Proven leadership experience in backend development teams (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of backend architecture and API design
- Solid understanding of database technologies and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills and teamwork ability
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
