HRIS Implementation Specialist – Data & Document Migration
Supporting and extracting, cleansing, transforming, and migrating HR data and documents from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and extracting and cleaning HR data from legacy systems.
- Map, transform, and validate data for migration into the new HRIS.
- Migrate employee documents securely with correct metadata and access rights.
- Conduct data validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and development team to meet project timelines.
- Document migration processes and support post-go-live data audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in HRIS or HR data migration.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong Excel/SQL skills and attention to data quality.
- Understanding of HR data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
