Job description

Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and analytical support to onshore Ecosystem Sourcing Services teams.

This includes meticulous execution of pre- and post-sales activities essential for the sale and fulfillment of ecosystem partner products and services across resale, cloud management, and embedded solution engagements.
This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence within the Quote-to-Cash process.

By adhering to defined, repeatable procedures, the incumbent will efficiently and accurately process all financial and transactional requests, safeguarding revenue recognition and optimizing cash flow.
The role requires specialization in specific ecosystem segments, partners, or sourcing functions.
This position typically operates from offshore locations, serving a global client base.

Talent Segment: Sales Enablement or CD&O [TBD]

Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities within assigned geography, clients and/or partnerships.

You should review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to gain a clear understanding of the expectations for your role.

Partner Knowledge and Relationships
• Having a strong understanding of Partners’ channel programs including deal registration programs and how to optimize the benefits for Accenture and its Clients.
• Maintaining strong and current ongoing relationships with Partners’ resale program administrators for escalations and support.
• Maintaining an understanding of the supply chain involves reselling Partners’ products and services to clients.
• Develop deep analytical support of the Partners´ services.

Client Knowledge and Relationships
• Maintain a good understanding of sales pursuit process that Ecosystem Sales Directors (“ESD”) follow, to be able to anticipate risks and issues with Quoting to Cash processes.
• Understand the scope of our client opportunities, the relationship dynamics, and client specific purchasing requirements to better serve our client’s expectations.
• Anticipate, prepare and deliver data and information to ESDs to support sales campaigns.

Quote to Cash Execution
• Execute activities supporting the Configure-Quote-Purchase-Fulfill-Invoice-Collect lifecycle.
• Configure to Quote – Work with the Ecosystem Solution Architect to finalize solution configuration required to develop the Bill of Materials (“BOM”).
• Quoting - Support and deliver pricing strategies for resale transactions, considering client value, Accenture profitability, and past/current resale experience.
• Ordering - Manage timely submission of Partner and Distribution Orders.
• Manage activities through the online EHub (ServiceNow based workflow tool) and perform assigned tasks within assigned service SLAs and quality standards.


As an ideal candidate, you will also possess: 

Preferred:
• Operational Partnership Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in administration, operational support, or procurement related to key technology ecosystem partners.
• Workflow & Program Mastery: Proficient skills and deep understanding of Cisco partner resale activities associated with SmartNet & buying programs, administrative processes, and back-office support workflows (e.g., deal registration, quoting process, contract management).
• Enterprise Operations: Proven experience supporting operations for or within large, enterprise organizations, with an understanding of scale and complexity

    Basic Qualifications (Administrative Focus) 

    • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in Administration
    • Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills for drafting professional communications and documentation.
    • Data and Database Management:
    o Excel Mastery: Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge for complex data analysis, financial reporting, and creating administrative dashboards.
    • Financial and Order Workflow: Deep knowledge of finance concepts and mastery of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash workflow: including accurate quoting, order processing, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, and invoice collection.
    • Problem Resolution: Experience solving complex operational and administrative problems (e.g., invoicing disputes, licensing discrepancies) through detailed analysis and coordination.
    • Executive Support: Ability to prepare and communicate administrative and financial summaries at the executive level.
    • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative, and effective relationships internally and externally (e.g., with finance, legal, and partner support teams).
    • Autonomy: Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments and complex operational issues.
