  • The Opportunity

    When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

    In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.

    You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

    As part of the Staffing and Deployment team you are expected to analyze utilization on a regular basis and align the business rules according with utilization, forecast metrics and missing hours impact.

    As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards.

    You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

    Responsibilities

    - Analyze utilization and maintain alignment with business rules

    - Forecast metrics and assess impact of missing hours

    - Analyze and resolve complex issues

    - Maintain elevated standards in deliverables

    - Build and nurture client relationships

    - Develop a thorough understanding of business contexts

    - Navigate complex situations with confidence

    - Analyzing utilization and aligning business rules

    - Generating and reviewing reports of utilization

    - Participating on staffing calls with Deployment Consultants

    - Supporting the Deployment Consultants on campus deployment processes

    - Helping staff understand policies and business processes

    What You Must Have

    - High School Diploma

    - 2 or more years of relevant experience

    - Advanced/Proficient Excel skills

    - Oral and written proficiency in English required

    - Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Understand the importance of have a correct information management
    - Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection

    - Correct Information Security Management

    What Sets You Apart

    - Experience working in large teams

    - Experience with data analysis and reporting using PowerBI and Alteryx

    - Relevant Client Services experience
    - HR background
