You will build relationships to complement PwC’s strategy through execution capabilities that allow PwC to deliver multi competency programmes and solve client’s most critical business issues.

Working in this area, you will develop and execute the strategy and business plan, focus on market penetration and revenue growth, and identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment.

You will also build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between the technology and the Firm and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    The PwC AC teams for Alliances provides centralized operational support, enabling scalable, efficient delivery of alliance programs through process excellence, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

    The Opportunity

    As an Associate in the Strategy & Operations team supporting US Finance for Alliances, you will help drive financial management and operational planning to support strategic investments across the Alliance portfolio.

    You will maintain forecasting models, track operational spend, and provide insights on investment performance through regular reporting and variance analysis.

    Your responsibilities will include supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting, managing budget governance processes such as Work Product ID code oversight, and ensuring alignment between financial forecasts and execution plans.

    You will also play a key role in setting up financial infrastructure for new alliances and maintaining key tools and templates that enable transparency, compliance, and performance tracking.

    Mail Responsibilities:

    Budget Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain monthly OpEx tracker and FWI forecast model; update forecasts using SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Prepare bi-monthly and quarterly reporting decks summarizing spend, forecasts, and Alliance-specific investment insights.
  • Track Monthly Spend for Alliance-specific Teams

  • Analyze forecast-to-actual discrepancies and flag material variances to Finance and Alliance teams.
  • Extract actuals weekly using automation scripts from SAP
  • Update master Excel templates segmented by Alliance and geography
  • Review forecast alignment, flag under/overspending, and contribute to monthly variance logs.
  • Spend Reporting & Execution Planning

  • Reconcile spend data from PwC Finance systems against budget allocations; flag gaps or inconsistencies for resolution.
  • Consolidate execution plans with strategic KPIs and ROI metrics and track progress to plan monthly.
  • Build and maintain summary dashboards and reports for executive review.
  • Report on annual and quarterly spend for firmwide investment (FWI) dollars allocated to Alliances for the year.
  • WBS Code Management

  • Execute Work Product ID code creation and updates; maintain code attributes such as T&E access and charge limits.
  • Track Work Product ID code utilization relative to forecast; escalate underused or misaligned codes for cleanup.
  • Coordinate updates to dashboards and reporting templates post-Work Product ID setup.
  • New Alliance Set-Up

  • Submit Work Product ID setup forms with cost center, time tracking, and usage flags for new Alliances
  • Manage governance rules such as T&E-only, user-level access, and spend limits
  • Coordinate updates to key assets (decks, financial dashboards, systems) post-setup.
  • Updated to new code terminology for FY26
  • Requirements:

    - Experience: +1 year in data analytics, consulting, strategy, operations with budgeting &/or financial reporting/planning.
    - English: Advanced level (both oral & written)
    - Digital Tools: Excel advanced.

    Some financial system is a plus.

    Open to learn new tools & upskilling.
    - Softs skills: fast-learner, accuracy and numeric skills, digital mind-set, strongly analytical, proactive, work independently & collaborative, flexible to accomplish timeframes, problem-solving.
