The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.
In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.
You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software Engineering team you will lead client-facing discussions and oversee the execution of AI engagements.
As a Manager you will facilitate requirement workshops, translate complex business challenges into actionable plans, and đảm bảo alignment with PwC’s standards of excellence while driving innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with clients to understand their needs

- Oversee the execution of AI engagements from start to finish

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Led at least 1 large-scale ERP migration
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Prior Workday migration oversight
- Possessing cloud or integration knowledge
- Excelling in client relationship management
- Demonstrating proven client-facing leadership
- Managing program governance and risk oversight
- Leading multiple migration cycles effectively
- Setting strategy and managing steering committee updates
