As a cybersecurity generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing comprehensive security solutions and experience across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data.

You will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively.

  • What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to ServiceNow tickets with troubleshooting guidance and/or remediation recommendations,
  • Leveraging Microsoft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and TSGs (Technical Service Guides)
  • Assisting users with daily technical issues.
  • Helping maintain high-quality service and user satisfaction.
  • Key skills:

  • Cybersecurity knoewledge and awareness
  • Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Ability to follow SOPs and technical guides to resolve issues
  • Good communication skills for user support
  • Problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tickets efficiently
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection 
  • Correct Information Security Management
