What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client experiences by:

  • Sending friendly reminders to clients about upcoming appointments or promotions.

  • Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently.

  • Keeping the internal CRM system up-to-date with accurate client and appointment information.

  • Recommending and selling products to clients, with opportunities to earn sales bonuses.

  • Assisting with various administrative tasks to keep the business running seamlessly.

  • Posting engaging content on social media to connect with the audience and showcase services.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  1. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  2. A customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.

  3. Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).

  4. C1 level of English or higher (required).
