Job description

Resumen : Buscamos un nuevo GIGAnte que se integre a nuestro equipo como Analista de servicio al cliente Junior .

Donde serás responsable de brindar información sobre los productos y servicios que ofrece la empresa, recibir nuevos requerimientos y sugerencias de funcionalidad, dar seguimiento a las dudas de los clientes y registrar sus actividades dentro de nuestra herramienta de gestión.

Lo que harás :

  • Atención integral al cliente
  • Gestión y seguimiento de incidencias
  • Actualización y mantenimiento de la base de conocimientos
  • Gestión documental y registro de actividades
  • Cumplimiento de KPI y mejora continua
  • Colaboración en equipo y soporte multicanal
