Nos dedicamos a proveer soluciones eficientes que optimicen el trabajo de nuestros clientes y fortalezcan su proyección futura.Tu objetivo será generar, analizar e interpretar información estratégica del área de Customer Experience que permita anticipar tendencias, detectar oportunidades de mejora y habilitar decisiones de impacto para la experiencia.Principales Funciones:Diseñar y administrar modelos de reporting y analítica avanzada que integren datos de múltiples fuentes (encuestas, NPS, CSAT, tickets, IVR, chatbot, etc.), para asegurar la calidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de la información.Interpretar y transformar datos en insights accionables, con el objetivo de contribuir con recomendaciones que impacten directamente en métricas fundamental de satisfacción, eficiencia y productividad.Desarrollar y automatizar dashboards de gestión ejecutiva y operativa, para facilitar el seguimiento de los principales KPIs del área y su evolución en el tiempo.Identificar proactivamente riesgos, brechas y oportunidades de optimización en los procesos de Customer Experience, diseñando e impulsando iniciativas de mejora, para contribuir a la optimización de la experiencia del cliente.Colaborar en proyectos transversales junto a los equipos de Producto, Tecnología y Operaciones, asegurando que la voz del cliente se incorpore en el diseño y ejecución de soluciones, para contribuir a mejorar los principales indicadores asociados a la experiencia de los clientes.Título universitario de Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Comercial, Estadística, Data Science o afín.Experiencia en cálculo de indicadores del área de Experiencia de clientes.Experiencia al menos de 3 años en análisis de datos y métricas de Customer Experience, Servicio al Cliente u Operaciones.Manejo avanzado de Google Sheets.Uso de SQL u otros lenguajes de programación, y automatizaciones (deseable).
