Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and junior-level Communications student to join our team as a Content & Community Manager Jr. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing both organic and paid content strategies for several of our key accounts.

You'll ensure every piece of communication is effective and aligned with our clients' business objectives.

This is the perfect position for someone with experience in social media and email marketing who is eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in a dynamic, results-oriented agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content and Social Media Management

  2. Planning and Execution: You will create content calendars (both fixed and variable) for various accounts.

  3. Content Scheduling: You will be responsible fåor scheduling and publishing content on different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) according to the established calendar.

  4. Updates: You will be in charge of keeping the highlight stories up-to-date.

  5. Collaboration: You will assist with writing copy and headlines for paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.

  6. Email Marketing

  7. Creation and Sending: You will create and send mailing campaigns for our clients, which includes monthly, recurring, and automated campaigns (e.g., birthday mailings).

  8. Reporting: You will prepare monthly reports on the performance of email marketing campaigns for assigned accounts.

  9. Database Management: You will update the mailing database every two weeks to ensure correct segmentation and delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience Level: Junior profile with or without professional experience, but with solid knowledge in the field.

  • Education: A student of Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Management Skills: Experience managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and email marketing platforms.

  • Language: Conversational English (a must).

  • Soft Skills: An organized individual with great attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.

  • Availability: Part-time.

  • Bonus: Previous experience at a digital marketing agency.

  • Monthly Salary:

between $ / $950.000
