Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees.

You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Our team is led by the national administrative services team that oversees executive assistants and team assistants, administrative support concierge, dual support specialists, office services, document production, meeting and events, and project management.

You’ll help our team with calendar management, internal and external client scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, client or account research, report generation and review, and routine communication management.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Assistants and Office Support team you provide administrative services and support.

As a Specialist you provide specialized advice, handle technical tasks, and conduct in-depth analyzes to support specific projects.

You are expected to adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver exceptional results that drive benefits for clients and contribute to the team's success.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 2 years of experience.

  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
