RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico y asistencia para la resolución de problemas a los usuarios finales de las aplicaciones de nuestra empresa.
  • Responder a las consultas de los usuarios y resolver problemas técnicos de manera oportuna.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para identificar y resolver errores y problemas de software.
  • Ayudar en las pruebas e implementación de actualizaciones y mejoras de software.
  • Documentar y mantener tickets de soporte, incluidas descripciones detalladas de problemas y resoluciones.
  • Capacitar a los usuarios finales sobre el uso y la funcionalidad adecuados de nuestras aplicaciones.
  • Manténgase actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías de la industria relacionadas con el soporte de aplicaciones.
  • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada en soporte de aplicaciones o una función de soporte técnico similar.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de aplicaciones de software y técnicas de resolución de problemas.
  • Familiaridad con SQL y gestión de bases de datos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
  • Orientado a los detalles y muy organizado.
  • Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Estoy en la búsqueda de una persona para incorporar al equipo de Soporte Aplicaciones en IT – para Nivel II y III con al menos 6 meses de experiencia en el puesto o similares.

    El trabajo será dar soporte nivel 2 y 3 a usuarios de las distintas aplicaciones que se da servicio al Front Office.

    Responsabilidades: 

  • Ser responsable del día a día en la atención a usuarios, usando el sistema de tickets como principal punto de contacto con los usuarios.

  • Mirar de manera proactiva nuestros sistemas de monitoreo y actuar en consecuencia.

  • Trabajar junto con el resto del equipo.

  • Capacidad analítica.

  • Empático con el cliente interno y externo.

  • Requisitos: 

    - Idioma: inglés Pre-intermedio /Intermedio 

    - Ser estudiante de la carrera de Sistemas. 

    - Poseer experiencia previa mínima de 6 meses comprobables.

    - Conocimientos Básico SQL.
