Finalis is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup transforming private capital markets.
Launched in 2020 and growing rapidly, the firm is on a mission to power dealmakers by building the world’s largest, AI-native dealmaking platform.
Though we have bases in SF and NYC, we’re fully remote.
Our engineering team is building the core infrastructure that powers private capital markets.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and the leadership team to design and build high-impact products.
You’ll be expected to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, solve complex problems, and create AI‑native technical solutions that deliver value to our customers and scale with our growth.
As a Senior Software Engineer at Finalis, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our AI‑native platform across our three core pillars: compliance, data, and payments.
You’ll own significant parts of our system design and implementation, contribute to our technical roadmap, and mentor other engineers.
This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to navigate complexity, and a passion for creating reliable, secure, and elegant software.
Finalis is the leading platform enabling the securities brokerage landscape to operate legally and compliantly.
The firm delivers a white‑labeled regulatory affiliation and compliance back‑office solution that supports a wide range of private market dealmaking, including M&A, capital raising, private placements, direct participation programs, fintech marketplaces, and alternative investment sponsors.

We are a fully‑remote company with Finalists distributed across Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time.
If you’re located outside this time zone range, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.
