We invite a Senior Software Engineer with broad hands-on expertise across diverse backend stacks to join our team and help build integrations between multiple internal systems and analytics platforms.
You’ll contribute to a new initiative to create a CI/CD tool that aggregates data from internal systems and turns it into clear, access-controlled dashboards, providing teams and stakeholders with real-time visibility into project progress and delivery status.

3+ years of backend development experience with a broad engineering background across Java, Python, or similar stacksStrong experience designing and building system and API integrationsSolid understanding of REST APIs and data integration patternsComfort working with vague, evolving, or incomplete requirementsSystems-oriented mindset with a focus on integrationsAbility to investigate unfamiliar systems and document findings independentlyStrong communication skills, including technical discussions with vendorsProactive ownership without reliance on detailed specificationsExperience working in approval-driven, multi-stakeholder enterprise environmentsUpper-Intermediate English levelDesirable:

In this role, you’ll drive integrations, validate data, and collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accurate metrics and dashboard outputs across multiple systems.
Plan, design, and maintain integrations between internal systems (Jira, ServiceNow, BigQuery, SonarQube, APM tools) and a data/metrics platformValidate vendor-delivered features against requirements and document gapsInvestigate internal systems, APIs, and data flows, and report findingsParticipate in vendor calls and internal standups, summarizing technical outcomesContribute to creating and maintaining architecture documentationSupport testing and validation of metrics and dashboardsCoordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders🎾 What’s working at Dev.Pro like?
